Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine all-purpose seasoning, seafood seasoning, dry jerk seasoning, and wet jerk seasoning. Coat the salmon filets generously and marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Place the marinated salmon on the prepared baking sheet skin-side down and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
  4. Heat a saucepan over medium heat, add the extra virgin olive oil, then add the chopped red onion and minced garlic; sauté for about 1 minute.
  5. Stir in the BBQ sauce, honey, and water, mixing until combined. Let simmer until thickened.
  6. Incorporate the fresh parsley into the sauce.
  7. Remove the salmon from the oven, pour sauce over each filet, and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Let the salmon rest for a minute, then serve with your favorite sides.
