Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine sriracha, honey, low sodium soy sauce, white vinegar, lime juice, and minced garlic. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, garlic powder, dried thyme, and basil. Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Transfer seared chicken breasts to the greased baking dish. Pour Honey Sriracha sauce over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, checking that the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

  8. Let chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with cilantro or parsley, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve with lime wedges.
