  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing chipotle ranch for added spice
For the Shells
  • 12 pieces Frozen Phyllo Tart Shells keep frozen until ready to use

  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro for garnish
  • 1 medium Diced Avocado for creamy contrast
  • Sour Cream or Guacamole for dipping

Method
 

Step-By-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all your ingredients and equipment.
  2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the lean ground beef for 6-8 minutes until browned.
  3. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the cooked beef and add the undrained tomatoes and green chiles. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese with ranch dressing and mix until creamy. Fold in the seasoned beef mixture.
  5. Fill the frozen phyllo tart shells with the meat and cheese filling, being careful not to overfill.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes for fresh shells or 10-13 minutes for frozen shells until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving with dips.
