  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated really takes it up a notch.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the potato gnocchi, cooking until they float to the surface for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped bacon and sauté until golden brown and crispy for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Use the same skillet to add chopped fresh broccoli to the bacon drippings. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until tender yet vibrant, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Lower heat to medium-low and gently fold in the boiled gnocchi into the skillet. Pour in the broth and add the Boursin cheese. Stir continuously for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Return crispy bacon to the skillet, mixing thoroughly. Cook for another minute to warm the bacon through, then serve garnished with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
