Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Scoop portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch meatballs. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. In a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, and honey. Heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the glaze is smooth.
  6. Remove meatballs from the oven and toss them in the warm cranberry glaze.
