- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it to prevent sticking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Scoop portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch meatballs. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- In a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, and honey. Heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the glaze is smooth.
- Remove meatballs from the oven and toss them in the warm cranberry glaze.
- Transfer the glazed meatballs to a serving platter, garnishing with extra parsley if desired.
