- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add ground beef and diced onion. Sauté for 5 to 7 minutes until browned and softened.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, and chopped pickles. Cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
- Roll out pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese around the edges of the dough, then fold and seal to create the stuffed crust.
- Spread pizza sauce over the dough, layer the beef mixture, followed by mozzarella and pepper jack cheeses.
