Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and ensure your oven rack is positioned in the middle.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add ground beef and diced onion. Sauté for 5 to 7 minutes until browned and softened.
  3. Stir in ketchup, mustard, and chopped pickles. Cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Roll out pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese around the edges of the dough, then fold and seal to create the stuffed crust.
  6. Spread pizza sauce over the dough, layer the beef mixture, followed by mozzarella and pepper jack cheeses.
  7. Roll out a second dough circle and place it on top of the cheese, pinching the edges to seal.
  8. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush the mixture over the top layer of dough.
  9. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top before placing it in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
