  • 1 cup Buffalo Sauce Adjust based on your heat preference.
  • 1.5 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese Reserve some for topping later.
For the Toppings

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Lightly spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In the prepared slow cooker, add the shredded cooked chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined.
  3. Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 2½ to 3 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle reserved cheddar cheese on top and cook until melted.
  5. Remove the lid, top with crumbled blue cheese and sliced scallions, and serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
