  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika

  • 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Make the Cajun Compound Butter by mashing softened butter and mixing in seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and Worcestershire sauce. Shape into a log, chill for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Cajun Dry Rub and apply it generously to the steaks, allowing them to sit for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Cook the Steak on a preheated grill for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, then let rest for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Cook the Seafood by grilling lobster tails cut-side down for 5-6 minutes, or shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque.
  5. Assemble the dish by placing slices of Cajun compound butter on top of both steak and seafood, serve immediately.
