  1. Blend the Base: In a high-speed blender, combine raw cashews, firm tofu, water, lemon juice, distilled white vinegar, nutritional yeast, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, white miso paste, and turmeric. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Prepare the Agar Agar: Bring 1 cup of water to a rolling boil in a medium saucepan. Whisk in agar agar powder until dissolved, maintaining a vigorous boil for about 1 minute.
  3. Combine and Blend Again: Pour the boiling agar agar mixture into the blender with the creamy base and blend for about 30 seconds until well combined.
  4. Set in a Loaf Pan: Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the blended mixture into the pan. Cover and refrigerate for approximately 1 hour to set.
  5. Slice and Prepare for Grilling: Once set, remove from the pan, slice into thick pieces, and brush both sides with olive oil.
  6. Grill the Halloumi: Heat a non-stick grill pan over medium heat and grill the slices for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
