- Unroll the puff pastry onto the lined trays, flatten slightly with a rolling pin.
- Cut out larger heart shapes and create an indentation in the center of each heart.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the dairy-free cream cheese, gluten-free flour, and caster sugar until thick and creamy.
- Transfer the cream filling into a piping bag and fill the center of each pastry heart.
- Brush the edges of each Danish with dairy-free milk and sprinkle with caster sugar.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack, optionally dust with icing sugar before serving.
