Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through, coating with honey and hot sauce mixture afterward.
  2. In a small bowl, mix sour cream with chopped jalapeños, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Place a tortilla on a surface, sprinkle cheese, add chopped chicken, top with more cheese, and cover with another tortilla.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat, cook quesadilla for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Let cool slightly before slicing into wedges and serve with jalapeño cream sauce.
